COLD BREW COFFEE MAKER
Less Acid, Maximum Flavor, Smoother Taste
There’s nothing like traditional hot brewing! Acids, oils and the bitter flavor is released and only the
natural smooth flavor is extracted creating a well-balanced smooth concentrated coffee that can be
used for steaming hot coffee or for refreshing ice coffee drinks. Freshly brewed coffee keeps fresh for
more than 2 weeks when properly sealed in the insulated glass pitcher.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 14-16 Tbs of your favorite coarsely ground coffee roast to the included infuser and twist the
lid tightly shut. - Then add cold filtered water to the glass pitcher until its ¾ full, lower the infuser into the water
and seal the lid tightly. Shake well and place in the refrigerator overnight or up to 36 hours.
Remove the infuser when brewing is complete. - Serve Hot or Cold:
Hot – mix 1 part coffee concentrate with 2 parts boiling water. (add desired sweetener)
Cold – Simply pour some freshly brewed coffee concentrate and add milk or soy over ice.
